Your dress decides the rules. A fitted silk column wants seamless, skin-smooth pieces — anything with texture will announce itself through the fabric. A structured ballgown with a corseted bodice barely needs a bra at all — the dress does the work, so underneath you can choose purely for feeling. And an airy, unlined dress means your lingerie might be glimpsed — which is not a problem, it's an invitation to choose something beautiful.
White under white actually works. The old rule says nude under white — and for very thin, clingy fabrics it still holds. But under most wedding dresses, white-on-white disappears beautifully while feeling like part of the occasion. Nude underwear is practical. White lace is a decision. On this day of all days, make the decision.

Every KIVÉ piece is sewn to order, which takes time — the good kind of time, but time. Order your bridal pieces at least 2 weeks before the wedding — enough for sewing, delivery, and trying everything under the actual dress at your final fitting. Earlier is always kinder to everyone's nerves, especially in summer wedding season. Not sure of your size? Five minutes with a tape measure settles it — no crying in front of the mirror required.
